FROM THE TANDOOR
A selection of starters which are served direct from the clay oven where the temperature reaches 400 degrees and uses charcoals to infuse a smokey aroma. Our kebabs are made using minced lamb or chicken fused with fresh coriander, onion, cumin seeds, crushed red chillies and our home made kebab spices. All other fillings are marinated in a fresh yoghurt dressing with our unique selection of spices which include mint, lemon, dried herbs, awjain seeds, speciality oils, just to mention a few.
